Punta Cana RFID provides RFID technology products and services for the hospitality industry, including but not limited to: RFID wristbands, hotel key cards, cashless payment solutions, access control systems, event badges, NFC business cards, and related consulting, installation, and support services.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing information on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary in appearance.

4. Quotations and Orders

  • All quotations provided through our website or via email are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice until a formal order is confirmed in writing.
  • Minimum order quantities apply to all products and are specified at the time of quotation.
  • Custom orders (with specific branding, encoding, or material requirements) are non-refundable once production has commenced.
  • Lead times are estimates and may vary based on product complexity, customization requirements, and order volume.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Standard terms require a deposit before production begins, with the balance due prior to or upon delivery. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your order confirmation or purchase agreement.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are estimated at the time of quotation and may vary based on destination, order size, and customs processing. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.

7. Warranty

All RFID products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from exposure to conditions beyond the product's rated specifications
  • Integration issues caused by incompatible third-party systems not specified at the time of order

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Punta Cana RFID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Punta Cana RFID or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
