NFC Contact Cards for Hospitality Teams
A cleaner handoff from conversation to digital contact.
The card opens an approved digital destination such as a contact profile or property page. It is specified separately from hotel access products.

A different product
A contact card, not a room credential.
Nothing on this page is specified against door hardware. It is a printed card with a destination behind it.
- 01
Approved digital destination
Decide the exact page a tap opens — a contact profile, a property page, a group booking form — and record who signs that destination off.
- 02
Card material and finish
These cards are pocketed, handed over and looked at closely, so edge quality and finish matter more here than volume durability does.
- 03
Content ownership
Whoever controls the destination controls what the card does after printing, so that owner is recorded alongside the artwork file.
- 04
Update and replacement process
Teams change, and on this coast they change quickly. Agree in advance whether the destination is updated centrally or whether the card is simply reprinted.

Before you order.
01Does it open a guest room?+
No. It is a printed card with a digital destination behind it, specified against no lock at all.
02Who controls where the card points?+
The property. Whoever controls the destination controls what the card does after printing, and that owner is recorded with the artwork.
03What happens when someone leaves the team?+
It is agreed in advance: either the destination is updated centrally, or the card is reprinted.
