RFID Event & Wedding Credentials

Fast issue, visible groups and a clear end of use.

Format, numbering, guest groups and supported access functions are defined around the event operation and venue system.

Planning the door

Most of the pressure lands in the first hour.

An event credential is judged on how fast it goes on and how cleanly it stops working.

  1. 01

    Event duration

A single evening reception and a week-long programme are different products. Fix the duration before choosing between a badge and a band.

  2. 02

    Guest groups and zones

Colour, print or format is how floor staff read a group from a few metres away, so the group list is settled before the artwork begins.

  3. 03

    Numbering or variable data

Sequential numbers, names or codes are produced as part of the run, which means the data source and the file order are confirmed early.

  4. 04

    Activation and close-out

Decide how credentials are activated on arrival and what happens afterwards — collected, deactivated, or dated so they cannot be reused. In Punta Cana wedding season that last point is the one most often skipped.

FAQ

Before you order.

01What gets decided first?+

The tier structure. Material, colourways, numbering and quantities all derive from it, and changing it late is the most expensive revision.

02Which material survives a day at the pool?+

Tyvek. Coated paper is for a dry single day; with water involved it does not last.

03How do you stop a credential being reused?+

The close-out is defined up front: collection, deactivation or a printed date. A day pass that still works tomorrow is a revenue problem.
