Supported property function
List the functions the property already operates — room charge, bar tabs, activity check-in — before any of them is described as a wristband feature.

System and credential confirmation
The balance, the authorisation and the guest record stay inside the property's own platform. Both sides are confirmed together, or neither is promised.

Guest issue and cancellation
Decide at what point a band becomes active, what happens when a guest loses one mid-stay, and how it is closed out at departure.

Wear period and replacement
Continuous wear across a whole stay changes the construction choice, and replacement stock belongs in the first order rather than in an emergency purchase during Semana Santa.

These points are fixed. Which functions are enabled is decided by the platform the property already runs, not by the band.

01Does the band charge anything by itself?+
No. Balance, authorisation and the guest record live in the platform the property already runs. The band only carries the credential.
02What happens if a guest loses one mid-stay?+
It is defined before production: how the lost one is cancelled, how the replacement is issued, and what stock stays on site.
03Can the card and band share numbering?+
Yes, and it is worth doing. Matching the numbering across the pair is the detail that saves the front desk the most time later.
