Event work is planned backwards from the last day as much as forwards from the first.
During the event
Zones such as stage, back of house and hospitality areas are separated visually as well as technically, so staff can read them instantly.
Afterwards
An event credential needs a defined end, whether that is collection, deactivation or a dated design that cannot be quietly reused.

Material, colourways, numbering and quantities all derive from it. Changing the number of tiers midway is the most expensive revision a fixed-date event can take.

01How far ahead must artwork be closed?+
Production is 14–21 days after artwork approval, plus transit and receiving. For a fixed-date event, artwork readiness is the real constraint, not the factory.
02Can credentials be reused across editions?+
Only if the design carries no date and access control allows it. For recurring events we keep the approved files, so a second edition is a quantity decision.
